Big Wind isn't taking NO from a split Ohio legislature as a sign it has no chance in the state. The Ohio Wind Energy Association today praise the Ohio Senate leadership under Medina Republican Larry Obhof for supporting a change in state law to enable construction of new wind farms and wondered aloud what Speaker of the House Cliff Rosenberger, a Clinton County Republican, was thinking when he rejected its offer to pump $4.2 billion into wind-rich rural Ohio counties.
