The Ohio Sustainable Business Council (OSBC), supports the good workplace practices outlined by the High Road Workplace Project, a nationwide campaign, launched by our national partner organization the American Sustainable Business Council (ASBC). The project is focused on creating and expanding incentives for businesses to adopt and scale High Road Workplace practices. The High Road Workplace Project examines and highlights the reasons why many businesses adopt High Road practices, the challenges they face in doing so, and the role public policies and market-based incentives play in accelerating implementation of these practices.
In Ohio, we at OSBC champion the expansion of High Road practices by engaging business, advocating for policy and media outreach. Join our efforts, as an Ohio business and endorse the Principles of High Road Employers below.

By endorsing them businesses agree that 1) these principles represent the best practices of High Road Employers; 2) they currently practice more than one of the best practices outlined; and 3) they intend to adopt more of these practices in the future as their business model and policy changes allow.
