Chuck has cared for client's financial interests since 1990 in Wilmington, OH, as a Financial Advisor with Edward Jones. He uses an established five step process to identify his clients’ financial goals, create personalized strategies, and help clients stay on track.

Chuck, a life-long Democrat, co-founded with life-long Republican, Gary Evans, the Empathy Surplus Project. The Empathy Surplus Project is an emerging federation of neighborhood Caring Citizens’ Congresses focused on Four Empathic Activities that currently have two policy directions to build a #CaringEconomy filled with #EthicalBusiness that enables #HealthcareHumanRights.

Chuck has been a Rotarian since 1981, and is proud of Rotary’s business and human rights legacy, which helped establish the United Nations. In 2014, the Empathy Surplus Project joined the UN Global Compact that encourages businesses and municipalities to align their operations around ten principles of human rights, labor, environment, and anti-corruption, as well as, embrace the UN’s SDGs, Sustainable Development Goals.
