High Road Businesses Profit from Happy Employees

All businesses use the value created by their employees to make profits, but there is a big difference between some businesses on how they do it. Companies can take a low road strategy by offering low wages, basic benefits or none at all and tedious, uninspiring job responsibilities. Other businesses take the high road by offering employees a living wage, better benefits and a job and company culture that motivates them to do great work. Unfortunately, too many businesses have been choosing the low road.
