Ohio Voting Rights Groups Oppose Restrictive Voting Legislation

Organized opposition: A coalition of voting rights groups in Ohio are opposing Republican efforts in the state legislature to change state election law before the end of the current legislative term next month. WOSU’s Andy Chow reports that the Ohio Voter Rights Coalition has problems with both Ohio House and Senate bills, including provisions requiring photo identification to vote and eliminating early voting the Monday before an election.
