In a new initiative on the ROI of Paid Leave, our national partner organization the American Sustainable Business Councils (ASBC) invites you to participate in a new project with its affiliate, Panorama, to measure the return on investment of paid family and medical leave policies. ASBC/OSBC members who participate in this confidential study will receive a complimentary Workforce Productivity Industry Benchmarking Report that compares your workforce productivity and costs against industry peers.
For the past two years, Panorama has engaged with businesses to learn the barriers, incentives, and drivers for employers considering a paid leave policy. Last September, ASBC and Panorama co-hosted a webinar on the business impacts of paid leave.
Now, Panorama will analyze key financial and workforce metrics to identify the benefits to companies of offering paid leave. With Human Capital Management Institute (HCMI), a leading workforce analytics firm, Panorama will use financial modeling and statistical analysis to assess each company’s changes in workforce productivity and key workforce metrics over time and how paid leave may have influenced these changes.
We join ASBC in urging members to participate in this unique opportunity, learn valuable benchmarking data for your firm, and help build the business case for family-friendly policies.
Along with your complimentary Workforce Productivity Industry Benchmarking Report from HCMI that compares your workforce productivity and costs against industry peers, you’ll also have the opportunity to share insights in future conversations on the future of work and the business impacts of paid leave.
Your information confidentiality is assured.
- The project will produce a report that will share findings from the data analysis. This report and all publicly presented data will be shown in aggregated, anonymous format.
- No Personally Identifiable Information (PII) will be collected.
- HCMI will work directly with each participating company on the transfer and analysis of its data, with all collected data hosted by HCMI in its secure and segregated servers.
- There are several options for data collection, so participation in the project can be tailored to your company’s needs.
